If your primary goal is to use LEIPA® as part of your coaching or leadership development work, LEIPA® Facilitator Accreditation can be completed on its own. If you want to develop further as a Transpersonal Leadership Coach, Stage One provides the foundation for continuing into Stage Two of the TLC Programme.
