What is LEIPA®?
Leadership Emotional Intelligence Performance Accelerator
The LEIPA® Facilitator Accreditation enables coaches to use a critical development tool for both emotional intelligence and leadership, while gaining a thorough understanding of the transpersonal approach to emotional intelligence and leadership styles.
What makes LEIPA® different?
Measures actual vs desired frequency of observation for EI-associated behaviours and correlates them against leadership styles.
Compares an individual’s EI and habitual leadership styles with those that will be most valuable in their role.
Pinpoints specific behaviours to develop or change for performance improvement and provides a clear action plan.
Uses best practice in a 360 format, is culturally neutral and can be used in any organisational context or geography.

How to become accredited
Complete the 20-hour accreditation programme
- Working in triads as candidate, coach and observer to practise facilitating the LEIPA® process and providing client feedback, observed by a tutor via video conference.
- Completing your own LEIPA®.
- Online ALIVE© interactive learning courses with reflective exercises and feedback.
- Tutor-led group workshop video conference ALIVE© calls.

Complete your own online LEIPA® assessment and development tool, with tutor feedback.
Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Styles
Interactive online learning supported by a tutor-led reflective group video workshop.
LEIPA® Product & Process
Interactive online learning supported by a tutor-led reflective group video workshop.
LEIPA® Triad Work
Tutor-observed coaching and feedback triad work, followed by a tutor-led reflective group video workshop.
Own Client LEIPA®
Facilitate the LEIPA® process and provide feedback to your own client, with tutor support.

Delivering LEIPA®
Building confidence before accreditation
As the final task for course completion, each LEIPA® facilitator will be expected to deliver one LEIPA® to a client. To ensure each new facilitator feels confident delivering the feedback to their ‘guinea pig’ client, they will be prepared through a dry run with the Course Tutor or shadowed by a LeaderShape Global Director.
After their feedback session, the client will receive a survey link to provide feedback on their LEIPA® experience. Once this has been completed, the new LEIPA® facilitator will be awarded their Certificate and e-Badge.
This first supervised LEIPA® satisfies the minimum requirement in the first year. To keep your accreditation valid, you will need to deliver a minimum of three LEIPA® assessments in the year following accreditation.

Programme Costs
LEIPA® Facilitator Accreditation Programme
£1,420
ca. US$1,920 / €1,700 – payment in full.
Payment by instalment: £1,500 total, charged as 1 × £300 deposit followed by 3 × £400 payments across the duration of the programme.
