About the Programme

Developing coaches to develop Transpersonal Leaders

Our ICF Accredited Transpersonal Leadership Coach (TLC) Training is an intensive learning programme designed to differentiate your coaching practice and provides the benefit of accredited CPD for your clients.

The programme enables you to support your clients to become excellent leaders who can thrive in our VUCA 21^st century – creating performance-enhancing, caring, ethical and sustainable cultures through greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence and a broader range of leadership styles.

What will you develop?

Programme Structure

Two stages of accreditation

TLC Training is completed in two stages, beginning with LEIPA® Facilitator Accreditation and progressing to the wider Transpersonal Leadership Coach Training.

Stage One

LEIPA® Facilitator Accreditation

10 weeks · 20 hours total time commitment · 20 CCEUs

Stage One is the LEIPA® (Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Performance Accelerator) Accreditation. It enables coaches to use a critical development tool for both emotional intelligence and leadership, while gaining a thorough understanding of the transpersonal approach to emotional intelligence and leadership styles.

Stage One can also be undertaken as a stand-alone accreditation programme.

Stage Two

TLC Training Accreditation

20 weeks · 20 hours total time commitment + reading time, ca. 40 hours · 20 CCEUs

Stage Two builds on Stage One by providing coaches with the knowledge, skills and tools to enable their clients to become competent in the other aspects of the transpersonal development journey.

This includes greater awareness, relevant neuroscience, culture change, bringing values to full consciousness, managing the ego, improving judgement and creating performance-enhancing cultures that are ethical, caring and sustainable.
